hi....back to my weekly post...training hav been slacking for me always...i push sharfina hard on friday....not physically where she fall tergolek2 on the floor...but mentally...she cried....so i sorry for that but disappointed with her performance as a staff sergant....i dun noe spell dat....i will push the rest of dem some other times....this could be a one sided affair where they gain the rank easily....i made some lame moves with peace by the river....but it look cool u noe....i shld blog again later abt my health....rite now its a little bit over the max alredy...nid to go out but paint for the house....ka-mate ora(is it death or life)
